The Canadian Hospital Transportation Management System (CHTMS) says it would use drones for the nation’s hospitals and transit agencies.
CHTMS CEO Paul Dufresne says the system’s pilot program could allow the system to provide transportation for people who have no driver’s license, such as seniors and people with disabilities.
Dufre said CHTOS will have to work with local and provincial governments to establish a pilot program for the system.
In the meantime, he said the system is using drones to monitor the operations of all the hospitals and other transportation agencies.
